1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with French and European regulations, customers within the European Union (EU) have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving their order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Digital products and services that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy (International Customers: Canada, USA, UK)

International customers may also return their items within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Digital products or services already delivered are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within the following timeframes:
    • EU: 3–5 business days.
    • International: Up to 14 business days, depending on international banking delays.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Services already delivered or consumed (e.g., completed online yoga classes, naturopathy consultations).
  • Gift cards.
  • Discounted or sale items.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Await our confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the address provided.

Recommendations:

  • Use a trackable shipping service.
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
