Definitions:

  • The Publisher: The person, either physical or legal, who publishes online communication services.

Consulting the Site does not require prior registration or identification. You may browse without providing personal data (such as name, surname, address, etc.). We do not record personal data simply for browsing the Site.

We do not collect or retain any technical data from your device (IP address, internet service provider, etc.).


8. Cookies

Cookie Retention Period
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum duration of cookie retention is 13 months after their first deposit on the User’s device, which is also the validity period of the User’s consent for the use of these cookies. The cookie lifespan is not extended with each visit. Therefore, the User’s consent must be renewed after this period.

In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, related to data protection, personal data collected for processing is not retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill the obligations defined at the time of contract conclusion or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

Retention of Anonymized Data After Account Deletion
We retain personal data only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond that period, the data will be anonymized and stored exclusively for statistical purposes, without further exploitation.

Data Deletion After Account Deletion
Data purging methods are in place to ensure data deletion once the retention or archiving period necessary to achieve the specified purposes has expired. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you also have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Data Deletion After 3 Years of Inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not authenticated on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in promptly, or your data will be deleted from our databases.


11. Account Deletion

The User can delete their account at any time, by simple request to the Publisher or via the account deletion menu in the Account settings if applicable.

Account Deletion in Case of Violation of Terms of Service
In case of violation of any provision of the Terms of Service or any other document incorporated by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the services, your account, and all Sites at its sole discretion, without prior notice.


12. Information in Case of Security Breach Detected by the Publisher

We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of personal data concerning you. Limitation of Liability

14. Modification of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

In case of modification of these Terms of Service, the Publisher commits not to lower the level of privacy substantially without prior information of the concerned individuals. We commit to informing you of substantial changes and not to reduce the level of privacy of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.


15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Clause
You expressly agree that any dispute arising from these Terms of Service, including its interpretation or execution, will be subject to an arbitration procedure under the rules of the selected arbitration platform, which you will adhere to without reservation.


16. Data Portability

Data Portability
The Publisher commits to providing you with the possibility to retrieve all the data concerning you upon simple request. This ensures better control of your data and allows you to reuse it. The data will be provided in an open, easily reusable format.
